Like a stately minuet, played double-time on a Gibson SG, this wine is pure grace propelled by the coiled energy of its acidity. Vibrant lime zest, tropical fruit, honeysuckle, and honeydew melon aromas compel sip after tantalizing sip. It’s bright and dynamic on the palate, but not without the metered steps of harmonious tangerine, Meyer lemon, lychee, and the cool reverb of a sustained, mineral-inflected finish. It’s endlessly fresh, with plenty of nuance to find in each return to the glass.
